Valeria is a labor and employment lawyer with over 10 years of experience in both litigation and day-to-day advisory work.
She earned her law degree with top honors from the University of Bari in 2012 and has focused on employment law throughout her career.

Valeria represents companies and employees in complex labor disputes, including collective redundancies, dismissals for just cause or objective reasons, wage claims for higher duties and overtime, and proceedings under Article 28 of the Workers’ Statute (Law No. 300/1970). She also handles litigation involving workplace accidents and public sector employment.

In addition to her litigation practice, Valeria regularly advises medium and large companies on disciplinary procedures, individual dismissals, settlement negotiations, and employee transfers.
