Rachele graduated with honors from the University of Milan in 2021, with a thesis titled “Artificial Intelligence and Discrimination: How Robotics Impacts Gender Inequality”.

She started her professional career in employment law, advising major Italian and foreign companies on day-to-day HR legal issues and extraordinary operations such as restructurings, collective redundancies, demergers, mergers, and business transfers.

Rachele regularly assists in conciliation procedures and collaborates on the firm’s scientific publications in labor and sports law.
