Lorenzo earned his master’s degree in law from the University of Roma Tre in 2020, with a thesis in labor law entitled “The legal minimum wage.” 

His professional career has focused, from the very beginning, on the field of employment law, collaborating with several leading law firms.

At BCA Legal, she primarily provides day-to-day legal advice to major Italian and international companies. She provides day-to-day assistance in both ordinary management activities and extraordinary transactions, such as corporate restructuring, collective dismissals, demergers, mergers, and transfers of business units, dealing with all aspects of labor law. Lorenzo regularly assists major companies and executives, as well as in conciliation proceedings.

In addition to his legal work, Lorenzo also conducts due diligence and assists companies with strategically important projects.

Lorenzo works in both Italian and English.
