Laura Corbeddu is a labor and employment lawyer who advises Italian and international companies on all aspects of employment law, with experience in both litigation and advisory matters, developed through her work with prominent Italian law firms.

She has extensive experience in employment issues related to M&A transactions, business restructurings, and transfers of undertakings. Her practice also covers industrial relations, including the negotiation of collective agreements, workforce reductions, and crisis management procedures.

Laura regularly provides day-to-day support on HR legal issues, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, individual dismissals, settlement agreements, expatriate management, GDPR compliance, and immigration matters.

She graduated summa cum laude from LIUC Carlo Cattaneo University in 2016 and she is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

Laura also contributes to BCA Legal’s publications and training activities for corporate clients.
