Francesco Pau assists national and foreign clients in extraordinary transactions and commercial agreements. He has developed a consolidated experience in the management of M&A operations, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He supports the management of strategic projects also with reference to corporate governance. He graduated in law from La Sapienza University in Rome and began his career in 1995 in Brussels, dealing with projects funded by the European Union. He has collaborated with leading Italian and international law firms. Author of over five hundred articles on corporate and tax law and he is a speaker at conferences and training courses. He speaks fluent English and French.
