Graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome, Francesco began his career in Brussels in 1995, working on EU-funded projects.

He has collaborated with major Italian and international law firms and authored over five hundred articles on corporate and tax law.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and training courses and is fluent in English and French.
