Fabio Cattaneo is a lawyer with a significant experience in providing legal assistance to national and foreign groups, in extraordinary finance transactions (acquisitions of companies, of shareholdings, of business with a particular focus on cross-border acquisitions, from the planning phase to the execution phase and related contractual assistance), as well as legal assistance in structuring joint venture agreements, governance pacts and agreements related to the aforementioned transactions.

In addition to its work on extraordinary transactions, he provides legal assistance in day-to-day business, corporate compliance and drafting of commercial contracts.

Fabio Cattaneo has an extensive experience in international contracts, with a focus on tender contracts, turnkey agreements, national and international commercial contracts and financing agreements.
