Rachele graduated with honors from the University of Milan in 2021 with a thesis entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Discrimination: How Robotics Affects Gender Inequality”.

She began her professional career in the field of employment law, providing day-by-day legal advice to major Italian and foreign companies. She provides day-to-day assistance in both ordinary management activities and extraordinary transactions such as corporate restructuring, collective dismissals, demergers, mergers, and transfers of business units, dealing with all aspects related to labor law. Rachele regularly assists in favor of major companies and executives, as well as in the conduct of conciliation procedures.

He regularly collaborates with the firm’s scientific publications dedicated to specific topics in labor law and sports law.
